EXPERIENCED PERSONAL TRAINER IN DIDSBURY
Personal Training Didsbury is run by David Hough, an experienced personal trainer with over 16 years’ experience helping people achieve their fitness goals. David is friendly and approachable, and his sessions will empower you to gain confidence and enjoy being fit and active. David uses personal training sessions to help motivate clients and increase their confidence in the gym, and his aim is to help his clients enjoy fitness and achieve their goals, whatever their requirements and previous fitness experience.
David is a fully qualified instructor with a Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training and a Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instruction. He is also a trained Boxercise, Kick Boxercise and Studio Cycling instructor. Under his Fitness Trainer Award, David is qualified to perform health screening checks such as blood pressure, lung function and body composition, and train people with certain health conditions such as obesity, coronary heart disease, asthma and orthopaedic problems.

TRAINING SESSIONS TAILORED TO INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS
Having worked in the fitness industry for so many years, David has an excellent knowledge of how to achieve results for his clients. David has helped clients meet a wide range of targets, from slimming down for a special occasion to training for a long distance run. His approach is to tailor activities to clients’ individual needs, and use a variety of exercises to keep sessions interesting and enjoyable, and continually challenging clients.

TRAINING FACILITIES AT THE NORTHERN
Sessions take place at the Northern in Didsbury. You do not have to be a member to train with us, meaning you get to take advantage of all the equipment and facilities without paying a subscription to the Northern. The gym is fully equipped with cardio machines and weights, and we can also take advantage of the aerobic studio and outdoor facilities.
David is passionate about health and fitness, and regularly works on his own fitness when not training. In addition to his personal training work, he also teaches group Boxercise sessions twice weekly at the Northern.
