Pre-Natal training has many benefits, and our experienced personal trainers can guide you through a programme which is safe for both mother and baby. Exercising during pregnancy can boost your energy levels, reduce stress, help you sleep better and even prepare your body for childbirth.
After having a baby, many women are keen to hit the gym to try and lose the weight they gained during pregnancy. It is important to introduce activity gradually after giving birth, and increase the intensity of the exercises slowly. If post-natal training is not approached carefully, new mothers can cause themselves serious injury, so enlist the help of our personal trainers to guide you through a post-natal work out plan. We have years of experience helping new mums get back in shape, and we can advise you on suitable exercises to do in the weeks and months following the birth of your baby.
