I am truly dedicated to offering quality nutritional advice to people. So much so that in 2014 I quit my job and undertook a 4 year full time MSc course in Nutrition Science and Practice.
As a keen tennis player, runner and mum of two, I appreciate the role a healthy diet plays in achieving your fitness and life goals. I am a true believer that the processed foods we consume today directly affect our fitness and long term well-being. My goal is for everybody to live long, healthy and happy lives.
So many people underestimate the importance of a nutritional food plan when it comes to exercising and achieving the full benefits of an exercise regime. For example, if you go home after a long session in the gym and eat a meal full of processed foods, salt and sugar, then you aren’t getting the most out of the hard work you just put in. Alternatively, going home and eating a well-balanced nutritional meal will not only increase the benefits of your work out but will improve your recovery time and muscle development.
I offer and advocate a personalised approach to nutrition, without the rigid diets and out of date misconceptions. I look at your exercise regimes, goals, sleeping patterns, medical history and current physical condition in order to create a tailored nutritional plan which will benefit you the most.
